Multi Grain Bread Series
We offer three kinds of multi grain bread, from which you can delectably and effectively take in “dietary fiber,” “calcium,” and “minerals” that may be scarce in a typical Japanese diet.

Multi grain bread (rye, corn flour, etc.)
Rye, coarse-ground whole-grain rye and corn flour abundant in dietary fiber are used. About 2.7 g of dietary fiber intake with one slice of bread. (The rough recommended standard for intake of dietary fiber is 20~25 g per day for adults)
The slight sweetness of rye and simple flavor of coarse-ground whole-grain rye. We also recommend you toast it. -
Multi grain bread (mulukhiya, black sesame, etc.)
Mulukhiya fortified with lots of nutrition such as calcium, iron and carotene is kneaded into the dough. Additionally, calcium-abundant black sesame is added. You can take in about 134 mg of calcium with one slice of bread. (The recommended amount of intake of calcium for adults of 30 years of age or more is 600 mg per day.)
Savory flavor of black sesame is nearly irresistible. We also recommend it for sandwiches. -
Multi grain bread (Job’s tears, black soybean, etc.)
This bread is blended with twelve kinds of healthy cereals, including germinated brown rice that is known to contain abundant amounts of dietary fiber and antioxidants, and black beans abundant in isoflavone that reduces cholesterol in blood. Intake many kinds of nutrition with one slice of bread. Enjoy this bread by toasting it or eating it as is. Please enjoy the deliciousness of cereals.
